![]() ![]() ![]() Anyone who doesn't enter transactions manually and do a monthly reconciliation is at the mercy of the financial institution. I once discovered that the credit union had made a mistake (by doing my own reconciliation), and when I called the credit union, I learned that they had had a theft of a day's deposits and were counting on customers to step forward to tell them if they discovered a problem. With my free version of Quicken 2000, I keep books for my small business as well as personal checking accounts.
